What is the minimum order quantity?

VGID POWER supplies standardized microgrid core equipment, with a minimum order of 1 unit.

What are the payment terms?

We accept payment before delivery only. For customized or custom-made products, you pay a 50% deposit, with the balance settled before shipment.

What is the production lead time?

Standardized products are kept in stock; AC all-in-one cabinets are produced and delivered against customer orders, with a lead time of 15–45 days. The delivery date is specified in the contract order.

Do you provide OEM and private-label services?

Yes. For bulk orders we provide private-label services such as customer silk-screen printing, and the silk-screen cost can be deducted from the bulk order.

Which certificates do you provide?

ISO 9001/14001/45001 management system certifications, CE/safety/EN50549-1/10, TUV, VDE, G99, AS4777.2, etc. Grid-connection certifications for European, Australian and other countries and regions.

What is the warranty period?

All products carry a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of shipment; defective goods are replaced free of charge or deducted from the next order.
